This attractive holiday villa in Cyprus is standing amongst lush greenery is one of the most aptly named as it overlooks the large sweeping curve of Chrysochou Bay from Latchi in the west (with the smoky silhouette of the hills of the Akamas inland) to the fishing harbour of Pomos to the east This is just one of the reasons why a holiday spent in this villa will be memorable.
This holiday villa in Cyprus offers versatile sleeping arrangements and is perfect for families. Whilst meals can be enjoyed in Polis, cooking a barbecue and enjoying a meal in such a lovely setting with such magnificent views is very enjoyable!
Argaka village is approximately 7km along the coastline to the North from Polis. It is a rural, agricultural village with a population of approximately 1,000. There are coffee shops and tavernas serving locally grown food and just along the coast a few minutes drive there are more establishments catering for the hungry visitor and locals alike. There are groceries / mini markets and a small Co-Op store.
There are two churches, Ayia Varvara being the oldest. This part of the island is very fertile with an abundance of fruit trees including figs, grapes, prickly pears, apples, oranges and lemons. With the Paphos forest to the rear, you may get a chance to see the endangered “Moufflon” at Stavros tis Psokas or hike down the nature trails yet at the same time have the sea only a short drive away.
